Broadstone Towne Center
Mixed-Use Multi-Family and Commercial Center
This project includes a wide range of High Mesa Consulting Group services performed under contract to Alliance Residential of Phoenix, AZ. Initial services included feasibility consultation, research and preliminary site development estimates for this challenging infill project on steeply sloped remnant parcels located near the Albuquerque International Sunport at the intersection of University Blvd SE and Gibson Blvd SE. High Mesa Consulting Group conducted topographic and boundary surveys to support the preliminary site development plan submittal which included transportation coordination/consultation and conceptual grading and utility plans prepared by High Mesa Consulting Group. Once conditional approval from the City Planning Commission was obtained, High Mesa Consulting Group worked with the design team and City staff to coordinate Archaeological, Platting, Hydrologic, Utility, Transportation, Planning, Zoning, and other issues to prepare and submit the final site plans, the subdivision plat, identification of easement maintenance and beneficiaries, and supporting listing of required infrastructure. Based on these submittals and approvals, High Mesa Construction Group prepared the private grading, paving and utility plan for the multi-family sites, and the mass grading for the commercial sites. HMCG also prepared and obtained approvals for construction plans for the required backbone infrastructure plans that include public turn lanes and entrances from University and Gibson. Moving forward into construction, High Mesa Consulting Group is providing construction staking, construction inspection, post-construction surveying and as-built certifications, as well as post-construction surveys that will be required by the lenders as a condition for permanent financing. The public infrastructure is substantially complete at this time, and the first two apartment buildings are occupied. The completed project will provide 240 residential units in 24 buildings and 4 commercial pad sites.
