This project includes a wide range of High Mesa Consulting Group services performed for a co-development of Hoech Real Estate Corporation and Hope Episcopal Church. The finished site will include two 2-story office buildings and a multi-building Church facility with shared access and parking. High Mesa Consulting Group conducted topographic and boundary surveys to support the preliminary site development plan submittal which included transportation coordination/consultation and conceptual grading and utility plans prepared by High Mesa Consulting Group. Based on these submittals and approvals, High Mesa Construction Group is now preparing prepared the private grading, paving and utility plans, as well as the offsite public roadway and utility improvements. Moving forward into construction, High Mesa Consulting Group will provide condominium platting and coordination for the office buildings, construction staking, construction inspection, and post-construction surveying and as-built certifications for the public and private improvements.
